The idea for MOMA was born out of frustration. In London in 2005, Tom Mercer had enough of repetitive, underwhelming, sugar-filled breakfasts.

He decides to change things, and starts testing different alternatives. This quest leads him back to traditional British oats. Famous for its numerous benefits, Porridge is rich in protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Tom, armed with updated versions of traditional porridge recipes, opens the first MOMA shop at Deptford Railway Arch in 2006.

Today, Moma is present in Switzerland and ready to share our enthusiasm for Oats with you. Based in Chesaux in the Canton of Vaud, MOMA Switzerland is here to answer your questions, comments, and suggestions!
